  • Connecting and branching segments of a pipeline
  • Automatic routing pipelines using the EZ Route functionality

Pro/ENGINEER - NC Milling (5 days)

The training extends the knowledge of programmers of NC machines with respect to milling and drilling. It includes the creation of manufacturing operations for NC machines based on the geometry of Pro/ENGINEER models.

  • Manufacturing model, tools and their parameters
  • Milling (manufacturing parameters, definition of milled geometry, milling types, milling strategies)
  • Drilling (definition of drilled geometry, types of drill cycles), turning, wire cutting
  • Interactive modifications of tool path, CL data, verification of tool path

  • Post processing CL data files to create G-code files

Extends the Pro/ENGINEER knowledge for mold designers. It consists of 3 consequental parts:

  • Presentation of analysis results

Pro/INTRALINK - Introduction to Data Management for Pro/E Users (2 days)

The basic Pro/INTRALINK training explains methods of Pro/INTRALINK usage in connection with Pro/ENGINEER, storage and search of objects in database using Pro/INTRALINK interface. The course prepares users for standard usage of Pro/INTRALINK.

Pro/INTRALINK - Database Administration for Administrators (3 days)

The training includes detailed explanation of all Pro/INTRALINK functions which administrators need for Pro/INTRALINK installation, configuration and administration. Basic database functionality will be explained as well as system settings for single users, definition of release procedures, access rights, backups and sending of information emails.
